MPIG 2008!!
Come to MPIG 2008 September 19 and 20 at the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana.

For only $30 for faculty and $15 for students you get to share your research, theoretical musings, brief reports and really cool ideas with your primatologically focused colleagues here in the Midwest...MPIG country.

There will be a Friday afternoon roundtable followed by an open bar reception. Saturday we will have podium and poster sessions plus the first whole-MPIG group luncheon with special luncheon presentation. Mexico's premiere primatologist and ecologist, Dr Alejandro Estrada will be giving our Distinguished Primatologist Lecture at the 2008 Meeting of MPIG. The title of Dr. Estrada's presentation is ""Social aspects of primate conservation: population, poverty, globalization and sustainable use of the land". We urge everyone to attend.

For those staying though Sunday we will wrap up with our Saturday evening post-conference party as usual.

Registration can be completed online via link on http://www.mpig.org/ or directly at https://marketplace.nd.edu/cce/
