Please note that podium presentations are scheduled for 15 minutes which includes 12 minutes for the talk plus 3 minutes for questions. We have a full program and so we will have to ask speakers to keep to the 15 minute time frame.

We only have PC computers for powerpoint presentations and we will not be able to switch out computers between talks. Therefore if you are a MAC user like me, please check your presentation on a PC prior to arrival. Some images may not be readable on a PC because MAC has its own drivers. However, if you have the image and insert it into the powerpoint while you are on a PC, then it should be readable on both MACs and PC. Bring all powerpoint presentations on a FLASH DRIVE.
