07/23/08: MPIG 2008 NEW EVENT:

Mexico's premiere primatologist and ecologist, Dr Alejandro Estrada will be giving our Distinguished Primatologist Lecture at the 2008 Meeting of MPIG at the University of Notre Dame. The title of Dr. Estrada's presentation is ""Social aspects of primate conservation: population, poverty, globalization and sustainable use of the land". We urge everyone to attend.

The Executive Committee has determined that meeting registration and t-shirt sales generate sufficient funds to support MPIG activities.
